RUBBER BELT TUMBLE SAND

Side tumbles are plated with 12 mangan steel sheet metal. The steel shot is sealed. Tumble volume is 0,12 m3 and the
diameter is 700 mm. maximum load at one charge should be maximum 300 kgs. There
are metal sensitive switches on the door and loading chamber for safety
There are 6 between two disks in
blasting turbine. The engine has a power of 10 HP 3000 c/min. the engine is
connected directly to the turbine with flange. Thus, power loss in minimized.

ROTATING SCREEN SEPARATOR
The sand – dust and scale mix, carried
to the upper chamber of the machine with the elevator, is transferred to the
tribune after being cleaned in the separator. Unwanted articles are discharged
through the pipe underneath the separator. Larger pieces are discharged through
the pipe before the separator.
A wet filter system shall be delivered
with the machine. This system is more advantageous compared to dust separator,
dry filter systems. The wet should be preferred especially against fire risk.
The machine has a filter system that filters not only the machine but also its
surrounding, which is another advantage of this system. With its 4 HP 3000
c/min power fan, the system provides a very powerful suction.
DUST PIPES AND THE CYCLONE
The pipes are set according to the fan
power. There are flaps on them. The large and unwanted articles are discharged
from the system through the expansion tank.
High quality branded panels are used to
protect all engines of the system. There are ammeter and voltmeter for the
tribune engine. Operating times are time adjusted. When the operation ends, an
audible warning system and a warning light are activated. The flaps are
automatically opened after the star delta starting of the tribune and closed
automatically when the operation ends to stop the engine.
