Cabin Structure: The cabin is constructed from precision laser-cut steel panels. Side drums are coated with 12 manganese steel for high abrasion resistance. The system is fully sealed to prevent shot leakage. The drum has a volume of 0.12 m³ and a diameter of 700 mm. The maximum load per batch is 300 kg. For safety, metal-sensitive limit switches are installed on the door and loading section.
Blasting Turbine:Equipped with 6 throwing blades positioned between two discs. The turbine is powered by a 10 HP – 3000 RPM motor, which is directly flange-coupled to minimize power loss.
Elevator System:The steel shot is transported by rubber belt-mounted buckets, ensuring efficient and stable material transfer to the upper chamber.
Rotary Screen Separator:The abrasive mixture transported via the elevator is cleaned of dust and debris in the rotary separator. Clean shot is fed back to the turbine. Oversized or unwanted particles are discharged through dedicated outlets.
Filter System:The machine is equipped with a wet dust collector, which offers significant advantages over dry filters—particularly in reducing fire risks. Additionally, it filters ambient air. Its 4 HP – 3000 RPM fan ensures high-performance suction.
Dust Piping and Cyclone:Dust pipes are calibrated to fan capacity and equipped with manual dampers. The system also includes an expansion chamber to discharge large or unwanted particles.
Control Panel:Built using high-quality components to protect all motors. Features ammeter and voltmeter for the turbine motor, and timer relays for operational control. Includes an audio-visual alert system at cycle end. After star-delta start, dampers open automatically; at the end of the process, they close and the turbine motor shuts down automatically.
